Reservations Policy
Check-in begins at 2 pm and check-out must be done until 1 pm. Early check-in or late check-out subject to room availability.Your reservation will be guaranteed by 50% payment over booking value using credit card or making a deposit. The remained value must be paid at least two days prior to arrival date. Extras are charged at check-out.

Reservations may be cancelled or changed by e-mail, directly with reservations department, or fax (number: +55 73 3671-5009). No refunds will be made. The guest will receive credit that may be used for bookings in the future, subject to room availability. Credit expires after 1 (one) year of the original arrival date without previous notification and can not be used to reduce extras.

Cancellation/Alteration during high season (between December 1ST and February 28th and holidays)
    - 15 days prior to arrival date: 10% fine over booking value which will be discounted to the credit given.
    - 07 days prior to arrival date: 50% fine over booking value which will be discounted to the credit given.
    - In the event of no-show or late cancellation within 72 hours of arrival, no credit will be given.

Cancellation/Alteration during low season (between March 1ST and November 30th, except holidays)
    - 07 days prior to arrival date: 10% fine over booking value which will be discounted to the credit given.
    - 72 hours prior to arrival date: 50% fine over booking value which will be discounted to the credit given.
